Conditions
1) Country of Origin: China
2) Port of Loading in Shenzhen : Yantian
3) Payment: Letter of Credit is accepted for order over US$30,000 otherwise must be by T/T (30% deposit and balance within 3 days upon received our email copy of B/L).
4) Minimum order is 40FT container and additional 10% will be added for 20FT container order to cover the transportation expense and administrative cost.
5) Each container must not be ordered more than 8 different styles of trees.
6) All our prices include one standard barcode label for each tree.Any other labels required will be supplied or paid by buyer.
7) All our natural woods are sulphur fumigated and also heat dried so quality are guaranteed. Additional “Certficate of Fumigation” required will be at buyer’s account.
8) All trees are potted in 6”-8” black pot with black soil.
9) Each tree will be polybag and tighten into the 7 layers / 5 layers strong corrugated carton box.
10) Shipment samples requested must be despatched by courier at buyer’s account.
